The 360-degree view from the top of this small but rewarding hill takes in the full sweep from Noosa to Teewah Beach, and it earns every step of the climb. The trail is short, clearly marked, and starts with an informative board at the car park, which also has clean toilets and decent parking. Part of the path to the first viewpoint is accessible for wheelchairs and prams. The upper section gets steep, and midday in summer is a genuine slog, so early morning is the move. A handful of reviewers have made the sunrise pilgrimage and rate it highly. The vibe is quiet, local, and unhurried. Pack a picnic for the summit. Most visitors stumble on it while driving the old highway between Tewantin and Noosa, which is exactly the right way to find it.

Beautiful view! Just be aware that there is an uphill climb to get to the scenic lookout, in the middle of the day it was a bit of a slog for me!
On our way to Noosa (Hastings St) from Rainbow Beach followed the old highway and down through Tewantin and headed up through the Tewantin National Park and we weren’t disappointed with the view. Just a small short walk to the first stop on the walk to the top there is an amazing view from Noosa to Teewah Beach.
Lovely wild place, clearly marked footpath to the viewing platform at the top of the hill. Informative board at start. Good car parking. Clean toilets. Part of the path to the first viewpoint is suitable for disabled access.

Main Beach Groyne
Noo Heads QLD
Walk to the far end of Main Beach and you hit the groyne, a rocky breakwater that earns its reputation as one of the quieter sunset spots in Noosa. Lifesavers on site, easy access, and a view that the main beach strip cannot match.

Chaplin Park
Nooville QLD
Cross the footbridge from the sailing club and you're into one of Noosaville's most low-key river parks. Wide open lawns, a shaded pagoda with water access, and enough space to actually breathe. The Sunday Roadrunners car shows are a bonus worth timing your visit around.

Ed Webb Park
Sunshine Beach
Perched above Sunshine Beach with Norfolk pines and open ocean views, Ed Webb Park is the kind of spot locals don't advertise. Sunrise is the move. Bring coffee from somewhere nearby and take your time.

Doggy Beach
Noo Heads QLD
Flat water, shifting sandbanks, and dogs doing their best. This off-leash beach off Claude Batten Drive is the low-key Noosa spot locals reach for when they want calm water and a relaxed crowd. Arrive early; the car park fills before you'd expect.
