The sound healing session with Naomi is what regulars come back for, but it's Janine at the front desk who sets the tone from the moment you walk in. Sensaura sits inside Bay Village in the heart of Noosa, and it earns its 4.7 rating through quiet consistency rather than flash. Couples treatments are a recurring theme in the reviews, with therapists like Marina and Ricki named specifically for their attentiveness. The foot retreat draws particular praise, and the prenatal and yoga offerings make this more than a standard massage menu. The staff synergy is real and reviewers feel it. Book ahead, especially if you want Naomi's sound healing sessions, which run irregularly. Check the schedule before you go.
Lash Lift with Paige ✨ I recently had a lash lift with Paige at Sensura Spa, and the whole experience was absolutely beautiful. From the moment I arrived, Paige was so welcoming and gentle, making sure I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time. She was incredibly attentive throughout the treatment — checking in often, ensuring I was warm and cozy under the soft blankets, and making sure there was no stinging or discomfort. My eyes can be sensitive, and Paige picked up on this straight away and adjusted everything to suit me, which made me feel really cared for and safe. The treatment room itself is stunning — aesthetic, calm, softly lit and so cozy. It truly felt like a little escape. Paige also made sure I left with clear aftercare instructions so I could get the best results from my lash lift. I’m so happy with how my lashes turned out and would absolutely recommend this treatment to anyone thinking about it. If you’re considering a lash lift in Noosa, I can’t recommend Paige enough! ✨
Most beautiful massage experience, from the very start right til the end the treatment was amazing, so many added details other spas don’t do that sensaura put the extra care into doing. My therapist was the lovely Caps and she couldn’t have made me feel more relaxed, amazing at what she does and I can’t wait to go back again, will recommend to everyone😌

Doonan
Private Balinese treatment villas in the Doonan hinterland, built around long, slow rituals rather than deep-tissue work. The tropical garden setting is the real draw. Prices sit north of $400 for couples packages. Go for restoration, not remediation.

Noosa Heads QLD
DMK Enzyme Therapy and customised facials in a calm, purpose-built space on Sunshine Beach Road. Therapist Shannen gets consistent praise for her knowledge. Not cheap, but the reviews back it up. Book well ahead.

Coolum Beach
Wow! I’d give more stars if I could. I went in for a relaxation massage and facial with issy and it was the best one I’ve had. All the staff are so friendly and warm. I felt so relaxed and comfortable the whole time and left feeling so refreshed. I’ll be going back and highly recommend!
My first visit to Sensaura Noosa was wonderful. The staff were very welcoming. The ambience was very calming and the Skin Renewal Facial Treatment I had was one of the best I have experienced. And truly great value. The treatment I had was by Rikki - she was amazing, very professional and kind. I will definitely recommend to friends visiting Noosa in future.
Sensaura Day Spa is an absolute hidden gem on Hastings Street. I’ve been coming here for over a decade, and it’s still one of the only places where I can properly switch off. The moment you step inside, the bustle of Noosa disappears and it feels calm, thoughtful and completely removed from the outside world. My therapist was incredible she took the time to understand exactly what I needed, then delivered one of the best massages I’ve had. Beautiful organic products, deeply relaxing atmosphere and genuinely skilled therapists. It’s not just a treat, it’s worth every dollar. I’ll keep coming back every time I’m in Noosa.
Kate and her team run one of Coolum's most reliably good self-contained stays. Spacious three-bedroom apartments, a pool, the beach across the road, and a supermarket within walking distance. Guests return annually. The ocean-view rooms are worth requesting.
