Vivian asks the right questions before she touches you, Sinead's Rejuvenate treatment leaves guests floating down Hastings Street, and Chloe's coffee scrub and full-body combination has earned its own fan club. That's the endota Noosa pattern: therapists who actually customise, not just follow a script. Sitting on Hastings Street in Noosa Heads, this is the place Noosa regulars point to when someone asks where to book a treat that won't disappoint. The product range is available to take home, and more than one reviewer has left with a bag of endota skincare alongside a better mood. A handful of reviews flag inconsistency between therapists, so it's worth requesting someone by name when you book. Vivian, Sinead, and Chloe come recommended.
I left Endota floating down Hastings street. I booked the remidial massage & Vivian was great. Asked all the right questions to tailor what I wanted. Also recommended a great spot for lunch on the way out that didn't disappoint!
My daughter and I had the most beautiful experience at Endota Noosa. It was a birthday treat that did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with professionalism and courtesy that extended above and beyond any other service we have received in Hastings Street. We will definitely be back :)
As usual, my experience was amazing. My daughter surprised me with a treatment voucher. Chloe gave me the most amazing coffee scrub and full body massage. The facial treatment on top of the customised massage was great. I have taken home some treats for myself from the Endota Spa product line and I feel great. Thanks ladies for the ultimate birthday spa day.
Always such friendly, welcoming service from the moment you walk through the door at Endota Noosa. The team are warm and professional. My Rejuvenate spa treatment with Sinead was absolutely beautiful. Perfect way to switch off, relax and reset while on holiday. Highly recommend.
Went here in December for honeymoon and had a massage and it was so poor for endota normally they are really good but I walked out disappointed. The woman who treated me had tattooed arms (this is ok, not normally what you’d expect for a day spa) but was so unprofessional and I regret the money spent. If you are in this area I would not recommend - there’s better places that are more affordable and with great service that will leave you feeling amazing !

DMK Enzyme Therapy and customised facials in a calm, purpose-built space on Sunshine Beach Road. Therapist Shannen gets consistent praise for her knowledge. Not cheap, but the reviews back it up. Book well ahead.

Clients relocate three hours away and still make the trip back for Maddie's injectables. A Noosaville clinic built on two decades of repeat business, with a team that's honest about what's achievable and not pushy about upselling.

A float, infrared sauna, and massage circuit that locals return to for genuine relief, not just relaxation theatre. Therapists here get name-checked for a reason. The raspberry, lychee, and lime drink at the end is a small touch that lands perfectly.

Janine runs a tight, calm ship inside Bay Village, and regulars keep coming back for therapists like Marina and Ricki, the foot retreat, and Naomi's sound healing sessions. Couples treatments are a strong suit. Book ahead and check when Naomi's next session runs.
Noosa's wellness scene has quietly grown into something worth planning a trip around. Float tanks, Balinese treatment villas, cold plunge circuits, and day spas good enough to book by therapist name. Here are the best options, organised by what you actually want to get out of a day.
The car park at the end of Park Road fills by 7:45am on a clear autumn morning. That tells you everything about how good Noosa National Park is, and how little patience it rewards the sleep-in. A complete guide to the Coastal Track, Hell's Gates rock pools, Alexandria Bay, and the Tanglewood rainforest loop, with everything you need to get it right.
