The coffee here is roasted on-site, and regulars notice the difference. Sunshine Social sits on a tiered outdoor deck in Sunshine Beach, a short walk from the sand, with low couches, high benches, and enough umbrella cover to make lingering feel like a reasonable life choice. The carrot cake gets mentioned repeatedly, as does the cold brew on hot days. Beyond that, expect quiches, ham and cheese croissants, tarts, and slices, all at prices that won't sting after a beach morning. The crowd is a mix of holiday returnees who've made this a daily ritual and locals who know the flat whites are consistently good. Dogs are welcome on the lower deck. If you're heading up from Sunshine Beach after a swim, this is the obvious stop.

What People Say
We absolutely love this coffee shop! We visit every single day when we’re on holiday, and it’s always one of the highlights of our trip. The coffee is consistently the best around, the cakes are delicious, and the service is genuinely outstanding — friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The outside seating area is beautiful and makes it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Highly recommended! ☕🍰🌿
I had a cold brew, which was really refreshing and great for these hot days to get cool down. Also carrot cake was so good, it was the best carrot cake ever in my life, to say the least. It's highly recommended who wants to eat something light. I'd love to visit there again.
Grabbed a coffee and tart here on our way back from the beach. Lovely sheltered outdoor decking with a range of low couches, high benches, and tables. Good coffee that is roasted on-site. A small range of cold drinks and easy snacks such as quiches, ham and cheese croissants, tarts, slices etc.
Sensational Coffee, Heaps of cushy & comfy seats, plenty of breeze on the lower and upper deck that has ample umbrellas to sit under after hitting the beach Dogs allowed lower Deck. Had two flat whites, bacon and Egg Mini Cuiche & a Anzac Biscuit on Rememberance Day❤️ both on the money
Favourite coffee shop in Australia by far (visiting one every day and this one gets top marks)! Lovely atmosphere with plenty of seating, delicious coffee for a good price, friendly staff and great selection of food in addition to coffee offerings. Highly recommend.
More Restaurants & Cafes in Noosa

Noosa Heads Surf Life Saving Club
Noo Heads QLD
Easy to write off as a tourist stop on Hastings Street, harder to argue with once the seafood spaghetti arrives. The beach-facing verandah over Laguna Bay is the draw, but the Caesar salad with prawns and the notably good fish and chips are reasons to return.

Rickys River Bar & Restaurant
Noo Heads QLD
Sunset over the Noosa River, oysters with pickled ginger vinaigrette, and a crab spaghetti that reviewers keep coming back for. Ricky's is the kind of place you book for a birthday and end up recommending to your parents the next morning. Worth every dollar, especially at 4.30pm.

Sunshine Beach SLSC
Sunshine Beach
Cold beer, ocean views, and a lamb rump that earns its reputation. Sunshine Beach SLSC runs like a well-oiled machine: order at the counter, grab a window seat, and watch the Pacific while your food arrives faster than you'd expect. Register at the door if you're not a member.

Outer Square
Peregian Beach
A shopping centre address that shouldn't put you off. High ceilings, serious coffee, and a kitchen that punches well above the surroundings. Locals treat it as a daily ritual. Visitors come back four times in a week. The food does the talking.
