Seven landscaped acres between Lake Doonella and the Noosa River, with three pools and a bus stop at the gate that drops you into Noosa town in minutes. The apartments are privately owned, which means quality varies, but reviewers consistently land on clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Beds get good marks. Noise between floors less so, particularly during school holidays when ground-floor units can feel closer to the upstairs family than you'd like. Self-catering is the model here, so interaction with staff is minimal, though reception earns praise for sorting out-of-hours check-ins without fuss. For the price, it's solid value in a location that's genuinely hard to beat at this end of the market. Request an upper-floor unit if you're travelling without kids.

Great place to stay. Although rooms are slightly dated, they're big, clean and comfortable. We had a nice balcony overlooking the lake but didn't get much use because of rain. So much good stuff within walking distance and gorgeous stuff too drive to. Loved it, thankyou. 🙂
We enjoyed our stay at this resort, rooms were spacious and bathroom was clean. The only downside to our stay was the bed, very uncomfortable, having two single beds joined as a double isn’t ideal when the two beds split whilst sleeping and the bed moved multiple times as it’s on wheels that didn’t have brakes that worked. It was very uncomfortable sleeping in a crack between two beds. Overall, service from reception was good, lovely ladies and the place was a good location as the bus stop into noosa heads is right at the front.
Nice little gaff. Rooms are clean, bed was comfy. Its a self catering place so didn't have much interaction with the staff other than to check in & out. These were both simple processes and the staff were helpful and friendly. Its a great location. There is a bus stop right outside that takes you to Noosa or you can walk to the shops and pubs which takes 10 mins. Reasonably priced and good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Noosa Heads QLD
Curtained bunks, free laundry, free surf boards, and a bar with a guest discount. Halse Lodge is five minutes from Hastings Street and has worked out what most hostels haven't. Noosa for not much money, done properly.

Noosa Heads QLD
Above Hastings Street with bush views and a buggy to the strip, Peppers Noosa earns its keep through spacious multi-level villas and a restaurant team that remembers your name and your dietary requirements. The pool is quiet. The spa is worth it.

Beachfront in Noosa means different things depending on where you look. Direct sand access, a five-minute walk, or ocean views from a balcony are not the same thing. This guide is precise about that distinction, organised by budget, and honest about what each property actually delivers. From the surf club-adjacent sites at Coolum to the champagne check-in on Hastings Street.
Noosa is not a one-size accommodation market. You can sleep in a heritage guesthouse in the national park fringe, a riverside resort in Noosaville, or a beachfront hostel in Sunshine Beach, all within twenty minutes of each other. Here is how to pick the right base for your trip, and when to book before it disappears.
Really enjoyed our stay. Apartments are privately owned, ours was tired but well equipped, very clean, comfortable and exceeded expectations. Good value for which we would stay again. Great swimming pools, parking allocated, very relaxing. Would be good for kids. Great location.
Receptionist Leah single handily ruined the spirit of my family’s holiday here. Leah is in urgent need of training in customer service! She spoke over the top of me our entire phone call, did not listen to my concerns or action them (until the end of the trip when I’m guessing booking.com gave her a nudge), only defended the resort and deflected any wrong doings. She was aggressive, argumentative and insulting with my Dad saying “You just want money don’t you?, “I’ve seen the photos you don’t have to show me!”, “I’m not allowed into your cabin to look, it’s private property (after being invited)” when we brought up the several hazardous/broken issues with the cabin. The ironic part of that is that they paid $4200+ for 10 nights. Does that sound like a cheapskate to you? The resort somewhat rectified the issues but that was after my email, my phone call, my Mum’s contact with booking.com and my Dad speaking to reception. 2 stars for the fact my husband and my cabin was great. -3 stars for Leah’s behaviour and the state of the cabin my parents stayed in for the value they paid.
Tewantin QLD
A well-kept holiday park in Tewantin with a loyal following, a Thursday pizza van at the gate, and a staff member named Rob who can reverse your caravan into a tight spot first try. Pet-friendly, pool-equipped, and genuinely close to Noosa without the Noosa prices.
