Perched above Hastings Street with bush views and a buggy ride down to the main strip, this four-star Accor property earns its reputation on the strength of its villas. The four-bedroom Tree Top villa is the one to book: multiple levels, generous living space on the top floor, and enough room for a group to actually spread out. The pool area functions as a quiet retreat away from Noosa's summer crowds, and the restaurant staff consistently outperform the rest of the operation, remembering names, allergies, and conversations from days prior. Service elsewhere is more variable. The air-conditioning situation in some rooms has drawn complaints, and conference bookings can occasionally pull focus from leisure guests. Book directly and ask about villa availability. The spa draws strong local word of mouth.

Our stay at Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas was more than a getaway. It was a true luxury experience from beginning to end. The resort is beautifully designed, surrounded by lush greenery and positioned perfectly above Hastings Street, offering both privacy and convenience. From the moment you arrive, there is a sense of calm sophistication that sets the tone for the entire stay. Our villa was spacious, impeccably clean and thoughtfully styled. Every detail felt refined, from the finishes to the layout. It offered the perfect balance of comfort and elegance. The pool area feels like a private retreat. Relaxed, exclusive and beautifully maintained. Service throughout the resort was warm, professional and attentive without being intrusive. Peppers Noosa is the kind of place that turns a simple holiday into a memorable occasion. If you are looking for genuine luxury on the Sunshine Coast, this is it.
Grateful to have experienced the incredible hospitality of the Accor family this week with the PA Network, hosted by Visit Sunshine Coast. Our journey began at Mantra Brisbane — perfectly central with fantastic conferencing facilities and the convenience of accommodation right on site. A great space for bringing people together in the heart of the city. Next stop was Mantra Mooloolaba, which delivered excellent accommodation paired with impressive corporate facilities. The location and setup make it an ideal destination for both business and relaxation. And then… Peppers Noosa. Absolutely breathtaking. A stunning location with truly jaw-dropping accommodation. The conference versatility was mind-blowing and the food was nothing short of mouth-watering. What made it even more special was the warmth of the team who brought everything together so beautifully. A heartfelt thank you and shout-out to Yandell, Hannah, Kra, Natasha and Valerie for the care, professionalism and genuine hospitality you showed throughout. A wonderful showcase of what the Accor network does so well — creating exceptional spaces for connection, collaboration and unforgettable experiences. #PANetwork #Accor #VisitSunshineCoast #BusinessEvents #ConferenceVenues #HospitalityExcellence

Noosa Heads QLD
A well-located Noosa Heads hostel with a lively pool area, beach volleyball court, and a bar that draws a sociable crowd. The front desk books Fraser Island 4WD trips. Proximity to the beach and Greyhound stop is genuinely useful. Book a smaller dorm if noise is a concern.

Tewantin QLD
Safari tents with outdoor bathtubs, deluxe cabins, and a holiday park quiet enough to hear a pin drop after 8pm. Twenty minutes from Noosa Heads, but the gardens and pool make staying put feel like the better option.

Beachfront in Noosa means different things depending on where you look. Direct sand access, a five-minute walk, or ocean views from a balcony are not the same thing. This guide is precise about that distinction, organised by budget, and honest about what each property actually delivers. From the surf club-adjacent sites at Coolum to the champagne check-in on Hastings Street.
Noosa is not a one-size accommodation market. You can sleep in a heritage guesthouse in the national park fringe, a riverside resort in Noosaville, or a beachfront hostel in Sunshine Beach, all within twenty minutes of each other. Here is how to pick the right base for your trip, and when to book before it disappears.
We stayed in the four bedroom Tree Top villa. The decor is a little dated but on the plus side, there a huge amount of space with bedrooms on the lower two levels, and the living/dining area on the top floor. All of the staff were wonderful with the exception of Terri on the front desk. Given Terri couldn't bring herself to smile or be friendly in any form, she might be better moved into a back-of-house role.
On arrival, very diligent - privacy and security was paramount. Always ensuring that the name / room number correlated. Room The room itself was well equipped however did not have operational air-conditioning which was quite uncomfortable. Discussion had with the concierge / reception staff regarding this and was informed that there was an inability to alter the air-conditioning settings as the resort was 'located in a national park'. However, the reception of the resort appeared to be exempt from this 'rule' and was sufficiently air-conditioned. Housekeeping / communications Booked a room that did not include daily housekeeping in the rate. However, I didn't realise this and when I asked the housekeeping staff directly (twice) to please make up the room and was informed that they were about to do it. Thus, imaginably surprised to return in the evening, and it is not done. Clear communication that it was not included would have mitigated any misunderstanding / frustration. Hospitality / food / drinks The restaurant and the wait staff are well and truly carrying this review as I am unable to fault anything in this area. Personality of staff, tick. Food, tick, Drinks, tick. Very attentive and considerate. Remembering names, allergies and even discussions days prior about activities that we were going to attend / undertake and asking us about these activities.
Nice aspect to the bushland. Just far enough away from the bustle of the Noosa main-strip with a short walk or buggy ride down to get there. Spa is highly rated too. The only downside was having a booking at the restaurant and being ignored when we arrived due to it hosting a conference at the time, so we went elsewhere.
Noosaville QLD
A slick, pool-centred hostel on Mary Street with genuinely clean rooms and staff who know the area. The app-based entry and missing bunk curtains are worth knowing about before you book. The Thursday night shuttle to It's The Rock is a crowd favourite.
