A glass of champagne at check-in sets the tone, and Elysium doesn't let it slip from there. Sitting on Hastings Street with river views that catch the sunset from the right rooms, this MGallery property earns its reputation through staff who actually seem to enjoy their work. Michael at concierge draws repeated mentions by name, which tells you something. The swim-up pool bar is the social centre of the resort, the breakfast buffet draws consistent praise for variety and presentation, and the Italian restaurant handles dinner without sending you elsewhere. Rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable at a level that surprises even frequent travellers. Book a river-view room and ask for one with a westerly aspect. The sunset from there is the detail reviewers keep coming back to describe.

Had a fantastic time at Elysium. Celebrated our Wedding Anniversary and we were well looked after! The staff were all excellent. The food at the breakfast buffet and Italian Restaurant for dinner was delicious. The pool and swim up pool bar were our favourite! The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Thank you so much for making our anniversary a very relaxing and memorable one. We will be back! Special mention to Regina, Tara, and the lovely hostess welcoming everyone at the breakfast buffet everyday (we didn’t get her name, but she is from Hungary and she was always so welcoming and friendly).
This was an amazing experience from start to finish. The welcome we received at check-in was fabulous. All of the staff throughout our stay were exceptional. The room we had was beautiful and we were fortunate to have an amazing River view with the best standpoint for the sunset. Elysium is truly a luxury hotel and we felt spoilt from the minute we arrived until the moment we left - we can't wait to come back.

Noosa Heads QLD
A well-located Noosa Heads hostel with a lively pool area, beach volleyball court, and a bar that draws a sociable crowd. The front desk books Fraser Island 4WD trips. Proximity to the beach and Greyhound stop is genuinely useful. Book a smaller dorm if noise is a concern.

Noosa Heads QLD
Apartment-style suites with full kitchens, two pools, and a free shuttle to Hastings Street. The front desk is genuinely helpful, the coffee is good, and the location hits a practical sweet spot between Noosa Junction and the beach.

Beachfront in Noosa means different things depending on where you look. Direct sand access, a five-minute walk, or ocean views from a balcony are not the same thing. This guide is precise about that distinction, organised by budget, and honest about what each property actually delivers. From the surf club-adjacent sites at Coolum to the champagne check-in on Hastings Street.
Noosa is not a one-size accommodation market. You can sleep in a heritage guesthouse in the national park fringe, a riverside resort in Noosaville, or a beachfront hostel in Sunshine Beach, all within twenty minutes of each other. Here is how to pick the right base for your trip, and when to book before it disappears.
We travel a lot and rarely are astounded by hotels. We were astounded. Walked in, greeted with genuine warmth, and a glass of champagne, which never hurts. Felt like our comfort was actually the priority. Stylish, but warm. Location super walkable to everything, and even the pool was delightful (swim up bar felt nostalgic and fun). 10/10 recommend for a couples or even girls weekend escape.
We visited Elysium Noosa Resort for the first time, travelling from Sydney over New Year’s week, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The rooms were amazing spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable, with stunning views that made every morning and sunset feel special. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering a great variety of options, all fresh and beautifully presented. The pool area was perfect for the kids, with plenty of towels, sunbeds, and cabanas available, along with food and drinks service. The pool staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making it a relaxing experience for adults while being fun and safe for children. The service across the entire resort was exceptional, from the front desk to the in-house staff, pool team, and breakfast staff. Everyone was consistently welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Michael from Concierge, who truly stood out. His attention to detail, joyful nature, and professionalism were impressive. From the moment we arrived until our final days, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His positive energy was infectious and made our stay even more memorable. We couldn’t fault a single thing and would highly recommend Elysium Noosa Resort to anyone visiting Noosa. We can’t wait to return!
We spent a great weekend here. The staff was excellent friendly and professional. The room was amazing possibly the best view in Noosa. The hotel has a great pool with a poolbar. It has a great modern atmosphere. A restaurant right on Hastings Street. Top 5 hotels we've stayed in anywhere.
Noosaville QLD
Thirty dollars a night, walking distance to the Noosa River, and enough tree cover to forget you're in the middle of town. The Sea Scouts' community campground is grass sites, hot showers, and genuinely friendly staff. Not for big rigs, but perfect for tents and small campers.
