A glass of champagne at check-in sets the tone, and Elysium doesn't let it slip from there. Sitting on Hastings Street with river views that catch the sunset from the right rooms, this MGallery property earns its reputation through staff who actually seem to enjoy their work. Michael at concierge draws repeated mentions by name, which tells you something. The swim-up pool bar is the social centre of the resort, the breakfast buffet draws consistent praise for variety and presentation, and the Italian restaurant handles dinner without sending you elsewhere. Rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable at a level that surprises even frequent travellers. Book a river-view room and ask for one with a westerly aspect. The sunset from there is the detail reviewers keep coming back to describe.

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. The welcome we received at check-in was fabulous. All of the staff throughout our stay were exceptional. The room we had was beautiful and we were fortunate to have an amazing River view with the best standpoint for the sunset. Elysium is truly a luxury hotel and we felt spoilt from the minute we arrived until the moment we left - we can't wait to come back.
We spent a great weekend here. The staff was excellent friendly and professional. The room was amazing possibly the best view in Noosa. The hotel has a great pool with a poolbar. It has a great modern atmosphere. A restaurant right on Hastings Street. Top 5 hotels we've stayed in anywhere.
We had two rooms and both were large, comfortable and full of amenities we used and loved. The air conditioner was great in the heat and the bed was so comfortable. The property was immaculately clean, the staff was so helpful, friendly and attentive. Vitaly, the pool area was great - incredibly comfortable loungers, water when needed, great umbrellas for the sun, the pool water was perfect temperature and clean as a whistle. The beach cabana and beach chairs were helpful - though if you weigh >200 lbs I recommend renting a beach chair at the surf club for comfort. The restaurant Cibaria is a must-eat, great food, cocktails and service. The concierge was so helpful - arranged a ride for us to the Brisbane airport, helped with planning for a day trip to the Australia Zoo ( a 100000% must visit). The hotel location is perfect at the center of Hastings Street. If you happen to be from NYC, the hotel and town are 10000% like Southampton - only nicer people, better service, better food, and better prices. All we can talk abut after leaving is how we can come back for more than 4 days!!!

Noosa Heads QLD
Apartment-style suites with full kitchens, two pools, and a free shuttle to Hastings Street. The front desk is genuinely helpful, the coffee is good, and the location hits a practical sweet spot between Noosa Junction and the beach.

Noosaville QLD
A slick, pool-centred hostel on Mary Street with genuinely clean rooms and staff who know the area. The app-based entry and missing bunk curtains are worth knowing about before you book. The Thursday night shuttle to It's The Rock is a crowd favourite.

Beachfront in Noosa means different things depending on where you look. Direct sand access, a five-minute walk, or ocean views from a balcony are not the same thing. This guide is precise about that distinction, organised by budget, and honest about what each property actually delivers. From the surf club-adjacent sites at Coolum to the champagne check-in on Hastings Street.
Noosa is not a one-size accommodation market. You can sleep in a heritage guesthouse in the national park fringe, a riverside resort in Noosaville, or a beachfront hostel in Sunshine Beach, all within twenty minutes of each other. Here is how to pick the right base for your trip, and when to book before it disappears.
We recently stayed at the Elysium Noosa and had the best vacation ever! From amazing rooms, lovely and accommodating staff and the amenities that the hotel offers. We would like to give a big thank you to Ella on the front desk as she took great care of us, from check in to check out, she was always there to help! Thank you very much Ella. As said above, everything was outstanding, so much so that we have already booked two more trips, one for my partners 25th Birthday in late June and one next January. We are already so excited to come back, we will see you soon!
Great hotel. excellent staff, very welcoming. A shoutout to Stevie in the restaurant, always very friendly. Concierge and front of house staff very attentive. Only draw back was the beautiful pool was ice cold, but then learnt the heater was not working, which was unfortunate as it was def a drawcard when we booked
Waterfront sites right on the Noosa River, with views across to Noosa Heads and a five-minute walk to Noosaville's restaurants. The location does the heavy lifting. Book early, bring a van if you have one, and pick a weekday if crowds aren't your thing.
