Absolutely love The Crystal Factory This is hands down my go-to place on the Gold Coast for anything crystal related. The quality, variety and overall vibe are amazing. From stunning amethysts and massive geodes to lamps, gifts and beautiful pieces to display around your home – they truly have everything. Whenever I need something special (or just want to browse), this is where I go. The range is huge, the prices are fantastic and close to wholesale since they import directly, and the staff are always super helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. The salt cave is also a beautiful, relaxing experience and totally unique to the area. If you love natural crystals, meaningful gifts, or just want to be surrounded by good energy, this place is brilliant. Highly recommend!

The staff Patrick and Summer were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, happy to explain the different types of salts and their various uses, both for health and home decor. I loved learning about the benefits of the salt and how it’s sourced, and I left with a few gorgeous items that now add a warm, calming glow to my home. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by – the atmosphere is peaceful, the price is fair, and it’s the perfect place to pick up a unique gift or a special treat for yourself. Very Dissatisfied with agate wind chime purchased for a birthday gift . Phone call made to Patrick and numerous emails sent with photos showing the entanglement of fishing line and inability to untangle . No response whatsoever, and now I have an item unable to be used and will have to purchase another gift elsewhere for a dear friends birthday 😫
