Guests arrive as insomniacs and leave sleeping 13 hours straight. That detail alone tells you what Eden Retreat does differently. Set on expansive grounds in Currumbin Valley, this is a residential health retreat where the program runs from sound bowls and cold plunge therapy to breath work and cooking classes, but nobody makes you do any of it. The food is nourishing and genuinely good. The cabins are comfortable in the way that matters: proper beds, deep bathtubs, wildlife outside the window. Staff come up repeatedly in reviews, not as a footnote but as the main event. The no-pressure approach is real. Reviewers who've done other retreats notice it immediately. Book for at least three nights. The valley setting takes a day to sink in, and you'll want time left over once it does.

I just had a 4 night stay at Eden.. what absolute bliss!! The area is absolutely stunning, with lots of walking tracks to explore. The venue setup is great, with lots of different activities to meet a variety of needs. The food is delicious, and so thoughtfully prepared. Overall an amazing experience, and just what I needed to reset as an exhausted Mum. Special thanks to Bri, Michelle, Mitch and Cain… what wonderful passionate people ♥️

Such a lovely home away from home. Extremely relaxing and exceeded my expectations. The classes you can attend are such a good mix of education and healing and the ability to create whatever sort of retreat your after was my fave. Do as much or as little as you want with no pressure. Genuinely felt like I’ve left a little piece of my heart at Eden and can’t wait to come back

I recently had an incredible 3-night experience at Eden Retreat. From the moment I arrived, I was amazed at how beautiful the grounds were, and our lower valley cabin was absolutely stunning. The staff were all kind, attentive, and highly knowledgeable. The programs and treatments were incredible. I have been to retreats in the past where you felt pressured to do everything on the program, however, at Eden you are encouraged to take exactly what you needed from the experience. The food was nourishing and delicious, and the overall atmosphere encouraged rest and renewal. I’m so grateful for the time I spent here and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to relax and invest in their well-being.
