Guests arrive as insomniacs and leave sleeping 13 hours straight. That detail alone tells you what Eden Retreat does differently. Set on expansive grounds in Currumbin Valley, this is a residential health retreat where the program runs from sound bowls and cold plunge therapy to breath work and cooking classes, but nobody makes you do any of it. The food is nourishing and genuinely good. The cabins are comfortable in the way that matters: proper beds, deep bathtubs, wildlife outside the window. Staff come up repeatedly in reviews, not as a footnote but as the main event. The no-pressure approach is real. Reviewers who've done other retreats notice it immediately. Book for at least three nights. The valley setting takes a day to sink in, and you'll want time left over once it does.

I had the most incredible stay at Eden. Having never been to a Health Retreat before, I wasn't sure what to expect. the team were incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating and uplifting. The food was nourishing and impeccable. The cabin was wonderfully comfortable. The bed divine and the bathtub perfectly sized. The abundance of wildlife and sheer beauty of the property and it's perfectly manicured grounds meant you could truly relax, unwind and soak it all in. If you are looking for some genuine unwind and enjoyment then this is your place. Opt in or opt of activities. No need to think about much other than when to fit your spa treatments in. Heaven!

I recently had an incredible 3-night experience at Eden Retreat. From the moment I arrived, I was amazed at how beautiful the grounds were, and our lower valley cabin was absolutely stunning. The staff were all kind, attentive, and highly knowledgeable. The programs and treatments were incredible. I have been to retreats in the past where you felt pressured to do everything on the program, however, at Eden you are encouraged to take exactly what you needed from the experience. The food was nourishing and delicious, and the overall atmosphere encouraged rest and renewal. I’m so grateful for the time I spent here and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to relax and invest in their well-being.
