The keypad on the door means 3am is as valid as 6am here. Bangalow 24/7 Gym sits in the light industrial pocket off Byron Bay Road, a no-frills training space built for people who actually want to work out rather than be seen doing it. The setup is functional: free weights, cardio equipment, the basics done properly. No class schedule to work around, no waiting for a machine at peak hour, no drive into Byron. For Bangalow locals and the surrounding hinterland, that convenience is the whole point. With no reviews to draw from, it's hard to speak to the condition of the equipment or the community feel, but the 24-hour access model speaks for itself. If you're after boutique wellness programming or group classes, look elsewhere. If you want a straightforward gym that's open when you are, this is the practical choice.
I signed up. Didn’t get a key, and had to leave town due to mental health reasons. They kept on billing me for use even though I had called up and stopped my contract. They kept on billing me. They are rude, and take money from you. I do not recommend this place at all.
One of the best gym’s I’ve been to friendly staff and amazing facility with new gym equipment and sauna.
Great but I liked it the gym before all the new equipment but over all very kind staff and nice to go later in the day

Brooklet
Award-winning wellness retreat in 25 acres of hinterland rainforest. Yoga, spa, organic kitchen.

Byron Bay
On Bayshore Drive, away from the Byron crush, Osprey Spa offers day spa treatments in a setting that prioritises quiet over convenience. The location, close to the wetlands fringe, keeps the tourist noise at a distance. Call ahead; this one rewards a conversation before you book.

Brunswick Heads
A wellness space in the quieter, less-trafficked end of Brunswick Heads. The Tweed Street address puts it away from the Byron Bay rush, which is half the appeal. Good for guests who want to stay local and slow down without crossing the bridge.
Great gym, great people, laid back, lots of space and new equipment. 24hrs helps as well.
Great club to train at. Has all the equipment you need, nice and tidy and the free sauna is great to
