The açai bowls here get mentioned by almost everyone who walks through the door, and for good reason: fresh, organic, made with actual care. Organika sits at the intersection of health food store and wholefood café, stocking organic groceries alongside a kitchen turning out smoothie bowls, wraps, salads, and specialty platters. The coffee is genuinely good, better than most in the area according to regulars. Staff are consistently warm, the space is relaxed, and the community feel is real rather than performed. Prices sit on the higher end and a few loyal customers have noticed recent increases, so go in with clear eyes. That said, the quality of ingredients is hard to argue with. If you're eating clean and want somewhere that takes it seriously without the sanctimony, this is your spot.
Seriously impressive range of organic groceries and fresh food, as well as delicious (and generous) açai bowls and smoothies. Organika are the gold standard for how quality organic produce should be sourced. Can’t wait to come back the next time we are in Noosa!
I’ve been shopping at Organika in Noosa Heads for a while now, and it’s a solid local shop. I try to eat clean, and they stock all the organic groceries and health stuff you need. The quality is reliable, which is the main thing. It's handy that they have a café too. The coffee is spot on—better than a lot of places around here, actually. I sometimes grab one of their açai bowls or a healthy treat, and they’re always fresh. The team working there are friendly enough and helpful when you need them. The vibe in the place is pretty relaxed. If you’re local and looking for quality organic stuff or a decent coffee, check it out. Can't really fault it.
I really love Organika—the food is consistently great, and the overall atmosphere inside is really lovely. However, I’m not sure why the outdoor seating area is so austere. The benches and chairs are quite uncomfortable and cold, especially on autumn, winter, and spring mornings. It wouldn’t take much to make the space feel more cosy and inviting—adding some pot plants, along with blankets and cushions, would make a big difference.

Sunset over the Noosa River, oysters with pickled ginger vinaigrette, and a crab spaghetti that reviewers keep coming back for. Ricky's is the kind of place you book for a birthday and end up recommending to your parents the next morning. Worth every dollar, especially at 4.30pm.

A resort dining room with a loyal local following, sitting between Noosa National Park and Lake Weyba. Staff like Damian and Carla at breakfast keep regulars returning year after year. Worth the three-kilometre detour from Hastings Street, especially if you're pairing lunch with a round of golf.

Great coffee, and smoothie bowls. Friendly staff and a wide selection of products in store. Maybe more expensive than others, but the quality of ingredients is high.
Had an acai bowl here and it was really good—fresh, organic, full of flavour, and made with pride. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. It’s a great local spot with a relaxed vibe and strong community feel. I will definitely be back.

Just off Hastings Street in an open-air canteen setup, this Noosa café does the basics well. The avo smash with lemon oil and the toasted chicken sandwich both earn repeat mentions. Kitchen closes at 2pm, so arrive with time to spare.
