Three kilometres from Hastings Street, between Noosa National Park and Lake Weyba, this resort dining room earns its following from a crowd that comes back year after year. The restaurant pulls regulars who've been making the trip for decades, and the consistency of staff like Damian and Carla at breakfast is something reviewers mention by name. The setting does the heavy lifting: golf course views, pool access, and a spa menu that now includes the Amano Head Spa scalp treatment, which has developed a loyal following of its own. Pricing sits comfortably in the moderate range for the area. The spa facilities draw mixed feedback, with some reviewers noting cosmetic wear, so come for the treatments and the course rather than expecting a freshly renovated wellness retreat.
We have been visiting the resort for 40 years. Whether it a Golfing Group playing a round Golf or staying for 3 nights every year. We had a wonderful stay again. From booking with Anthony from the outset and the follow up is outstanding. Key people we must highlight are: Anthony (reception) is a great person and always looked after us. Nothing was any trouble and ensures our stay is enjoyable. A very good loyal staff Member. - Damian (restaurant and bar) is very client centric and provided us with exceptional service. I watched Damian interact with staff and he displays Leadership capabilities. Damian also looked after us at Dinner. Thank you Damian you’re a good person. - Carla (restaurant) served us at breakfast. Always had a smile and checked many times if everything was ok. Keep up the great service standards. A fantastic crew thank you and see you again soon.
The course and facilities are top draw. The golf course is presented in near immaculate condition. Good variety of holes using both water hazards and bunkers to good effect. Green are not quite as fast as the practice green, but are large with interesting run off areas. Good test of golf regardless of handicap. Good to be able to be given a towel to shower after the round. Again, good facilities that are clean and tidy. The golf shop has probably tge best range of clothing, branded and not that I have seen in the while. The whole experience makes me want to return again on my next trip.

Three glass-fronted levels floating on the Noosa River, with fish and chips that earn their reputation and a rooftop bar built for sunset. The deck seats are the ones to ask for. Covers a lot of ground, from takeaway to four-course feasts, and mostly delivers.

Prime Hastings Street real estate with cane-back chairs and a terrace built for watching Noosa go by. The croissants and lemon tart are the move. Coffee is solid. Come for something light and a long sit, not a serious breakfast.

Noosa Springs Golf & Spa Resort offers a relaxing experience overall, with excellent massage treatments that are professional, calming, and genuinely therapeutic. The therapists are clearly skilled, and the massage itself was a standout. The facilities are good but starting to feel a little dated in places. The hydro massage pool is a great concept and enjoyable to use, however some areas appear run down — particularly lighting that needs replacing and general cosmetic updates. With some refreshing and maintenance, the spa facilities could really match the high quality of the treatments. Still a pleasant and worthwhile experience, especially for the massages.
We were gifted a voucher for a couples massage at Noosa Springs and it was, without exaggeration, one of the most uncomfortable and bizarre experiences we’ve ever had. The room was visibly covered in mould — on the spa, the shower, the buttons, and surrounding surfaces. I couldn’t relax at all because I was focused on not touching mould or breathing it in. The spa itself was broken and filthy, and the shower afterwards looked like a broken glass cage from the 1970s. The room smelt strongly of wet dog, the massage beds were rusty and jolted up and down, and there was even a wasp nest in the corner of the room. We were repeatedly told to “make sure you lock the door while you’re alone in here,” which felt extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate, almost insinuating behaviour that should not be happening in a professional spa setting. The “platter” consisted of three biscuits, two large chunks of basic cheese, and some fruit — very underwhelming. As for the massage itself, it was essentially an oil rub-down. No pressure, no tension work, no technique — just oil, a timer clock, and being left alone. It was so strange that my partner and I couldn’t stop laughing afterwards. Honestly, it’s wild that this is still operating in its current condition. This is not a luxury experience — it’s something you’d gift someone you actively dislike.
Review for Noosa Springs Spa – Japanese Spa Scalp Treatment “Amano Head Spa” I’ve been visiting Noosa Springs Spa every year for the past five years or more to celebrate my birthday, and it’s become a tradition I truly look forward to. This year was extra special as I had the opportunity to try their new Japanese Spa Scalp Treatment – “Amano Head Spa” and I can honestly say, it was the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had. My day started always start with the beautiful thermal Suite hydrotherapy area, wet and dry saunas, followed by some bubbles and delicious nibbles. It’s the perfect way to unwind and ease into the day. The Amano Head Spa itself was absolutely divine. From the calming ambiance to the expert technique, every part of the treatment felt tailored for deep relaxation. It was unlike anything I’ve experienced before, pure bliss from start to finish. I will definitely be booking the same treatment again next year! One thing that has always stood out to me at Noosa Springs Spa is the consistency and warmth of the staff. Many of them have been there for years, and it shows in the exceptional customer service. From booking my appointment to enjoying the treatments and the refreshments, everything was handled with genuine care and professionalism. The nibbles, by the way, were made with fresh, quality ingredients, a lovely touch. Highly recommend the Japanese Spa Scalp Treatment – Amano Head Spa to anyone needing a true escape. Thank you once again to the team for making my birthday so memorable. Kind Regards Felicity

Coffee first, then cast off. Terrace Marina runs jet ski tours across the Noosa bar and BBQ pontoon hire for up to 16, with a team that reviewers keep naming by name. The river-to-ocean run is the one worth booking.
