The pork belly keeps coming up. Ask five people what they ordered at Bistro C and at least two will say it. Positioned directly on Laguna Bay's boardwalk at Hastings Street, this is Noosa's most reliably impressive dinner booking, the kind of place that earns its reputation visit after visit rather than coasting on the view. And the view does a lot of work: sunset over the water, cocktail in hand, is the standard opening move. The menu leans into local seafood, with spanner crab and prawn ravioli, fresh oysters, and a kingfish crudo tostada that reviewers single out for freshness. The rib eye holds its own. Service is consistently praised, professional without being stiff. Prices are high but the sentiment across reviews lands firmly on 'worth it'. Book ahead and arrive early enough to catch the light.
This has got to be one of Noosa's finest dining experiences. As usual my phone ate before we did. We started off the night with some drinks. The staff were incredibly professional and accommodating. Even though we had to wait a little over a couple of minutes for our table to be available, the communication and helpfulness of the staff was great to see. Now to the food. We all got something different, from Steak, Oysters, Spanner Crab + Prawn Ravioli, succulent Pork Belly, Salmon and so much more. The flavour profiles of each dish especially my Pork belly were elevated to 11/10. I honestly wasn't too sure what to expect from this finer dining restaurant and I'm pleased to say I will recommend this to friends, family, and everyone in the area.
A great spot, and most of the food was yummy, but the calamari (which is noted as their signature dish) was a let down. The kingfish sashimi and steak tartare were superb. Unfortunately we weren’t told about any of the specials and our table didn’t have a view of either of the specials boards, which was one of the reasons we thought that the service was really lacking for such an upmarket restaurant. They also started deep cleaning the bar with strong smelling disinfectant and a hose at 8:15pm, right beside our table. We felt like we were being rushed out even though it was so early. Would definitely go back for the steak tartare and a crisp white wine at lunchtime while overlooking the beach.

Noosaville QLD
A Noosa-roasting operation with four grinders running and staff who actually know what's in the hopper. The Magneto Organic Blend with iced milk is the move, but the Summer Breakfast waffle with mango and vanilla mascarpone gives it a run. Busy at noon. Worth it.

Pan-Asian shared plates at a price that makes you do a double-take. The tuna tartare and firecracker chicken are the ones to order, the chef selection banquet at $69 is the move for groups, and the outdoor terrace fills fast. Book ahead.

Most Noosa visitors never make it past Noosaville. Tewantin sits a few kilometres further west along the river, and that distance is exactly what keeps it honest. A historic main street, second-hand shops with fair prices, and a ferry that crosses to genuine wilderness. Here is what to do in Tewantin, Noosa's quietest and most underrated corner.
Hastings Street gets the tourists, but Noosaville is where locals actually eat. Free parking, a calmer river strip along Gympie Terrace, and a dining scene that runs from serious coffee at Clandestino to riverside lunches at Depot Noosa. Less booking stress, more room to breathe. Here is where to eat.
By March, the summer crowds have gone home, the water is still 26 degrees, and Noosa's best restaurants actually have tables. Add the Food & Wine Festival in May and weather that finally lets you enjoy a walk without melting, and the case for autumn is hard to argue with. Here is everything you need to plan it right.
December arrives and Noosa doubles in population overnight. The car parks fill by 8am, jellyfish follow the north-easterly winds, and every good restaurant needs a booking three weeks out. This is the honest guide to summer in Noosa: where to swim before the crowds arrive, where to eat when the heat peaks, and what to actually expect.
Noosa rewards travellers who know the difference between a luxury price tag and a genuinely luxurious experience. From Sunshine Beach accommodation run by people who care, to a riverfront lunch worth lingering over, to a day spa that actually delivers, this is where to put your money and your time.
A lovely place. I highly recommend. It was not as expensive as I thought. The food was all beautifully presented and of a very good quality. The service was great. There were several waitresses on lookout to immediately aid anyone needing attention.
My husband and I went to Bistro C for dinner on the last night of our holiday at Noosa. It was recommended to us by a few people who were staying at the same resort so we decided to give it a go. We started with an amazing glass of wine at the bar and were then taken to our seats by the staff, who were friendly and had a great sense of humor. I ordered the rib eye and my husband ordered the Pork…YUM. Both were absolutely amazing. We greatly enjoyed our meals along with a beautiful bottle of wine. We would 100% recommend. For the service and exceptional quality of food, the price was very reasonable. Thank you Bistro C and staff for making our last night at Noosa so amazing.
I had a sunset dinner at Bistro C on my holiday. My table had an incredible view of the ocean and sunset, it wasn't too loud, and the wait staff was all wonderful and kind. I would love to come back again. I got the pork belly for my main and the Basque cheesecake for dessert. Both were incredibly delicious and arrived quickly to my table. 10/10 amazing experience

Part wholefood market, part serious café. The brisket burger and beef tallow potatoes from the deli counter are the order, and the coffee holds its own. Go for the food bar over the sit-down menu if your wallet is watching. Open from 6:30am weekdays.
