The spray hits you before you see it. Tucked into Noosa National Park along the Coastal Walk, Paradise Caves is a sea cave formation accessible via a rocky trail that starts at a small national park boundary sign. The descent is steep, slick with salt spray, and genuinely tricky at high tide. That's the point. Reviewers consistently flag the difficulty, not as a complaint but as fair warning: proper footwear isn't optional, it's the difference between reaching the pools and turning back halfway. Those who make it down find crystal-clear rock pools, limestone formations, and views that reward the effort. No entry fee, no guided tours, no infrastructure. Just a coastal trail and a bit of nerve. Go at low tide. Wear grip shoes. Check the swell before you head down.
Paradise Caves truly lives up to its name — it’s like stepping into another world. The natural formations inside are stunning, with crystal-clear pools, intricate limestone patterns, and dramatic lighting that brings the caves to life. The guided tour was informative and engaging, giving great insights into the cave’s history and geology. The walk to the entrance is scenic and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and refreshing. A must-visit for nature lovers, photographers, and anyone looking for a unique adventure. Highly recommend bringing good shoes and a camera — you’ll definitely want to capture this hidden gem!
It’s a pretty nice place. This place was the coolest in Noosa National Park. But it's hard to go inside the cave. There are no restrictions, but the road is dangerous. Be careful.
A nice small hike but worth the view. Be careful around the cliff faces.

Sunshine Beach
Steep timber steps cut through coastal rainforest to a quieter stretch of Sunshine Beach. The access rewards the effort with noticeably fewer people at the bottom. Go light on gear and earlier than you think you need to.

Peregian Beach
A five-kilometre beach walk to Stumers Creek starts here, with on-lead dogs to the left and off-lead to the right. The park itself is beside the point. Sunrise from the sand is the real reason locals set an early alarm.

Noosa Heads QLD
Squeaky white sand, clear water, and a ten-minute walk from the Noosa main beach crowds. Tea Tree Bay sits inside Noosa National Park on Track 4, protected enough for easy swimming, quiet enough to actually hear the waves. Parking is limited, so arrive early or walk from town.
An amazingly beautiful place. The spray and steepness makes it difficult to navigate all the way down especially at high tide. Nevertheless you get some amazing views. We accessed via the rocky trail starting at the small national park boundary sign.
Recommend for medium level hiking. Highly recommend to have proper footwear to gain full experience.
