The free shuttle to Hastings Street is the detail worth knowing. Noosa Blue sits a ten-minute walk from the beach, close enough to the Junction to feel convenient, far enough from the waterfront to keep prices grounded. Suites are spacious and genuinely apartment-style, with full kitchens, washing machines, and a beach umbrella tucked in the cupboard. Two pools, a gym open from 7am to 9pm, and a BBQ area round out the facilities. Reviewers consistently flag the front desk as a highlight, Stacey in particular. The coffee from the in-house cafe is worth a morning stop. Light sleepers should request a garden-facing room; pool-side picks up noise from neighbouring suites. Renovations begin February 2026, so book ahead if you want it pre-refresh.
DO NOT STAY HERE !!!! My partner and I planned to stay here for a weekend. He was rushed into ann emergency surgery so unfortunately were unable to go ahead with this. After providing medical documentation the hotel REFUSED to change the dates and did not issue a refund - stealing the money we paid. The staff were rude and unbelievably unhelpful on the phone and had no consideration for our situation. I have never been met with such poor quality customer service like this in my life. Do not stay here - they are thieves.
Stayed recently and really debated making this review as I don’t like to be negative but I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the standard of cleanliness in the room we stayed. I had to personally buy cleaning products to make this space comfortable. We ran the spa jets in the bedroom spa bath (awesome feature we were so excited to use!) 3 times for 30+ minutes the grime just kept coming, the panel on the front of the spa bath kept popping off to reveal BLACK MOULD!! On top of that the room was extremely dusty and the kitchen hadn’t been cleaned at all. Stagnant water in the fridge, grime all over the cooktop and a horrible smell coming from the dishwasher. My partner suffers from severe allergies and asthma!! He was constantly using his puffer which was really unfortunate because we don’t get to treat ourselves often. This room was beautiful, had so much potential and location is perfect! But for the high price the maintenance should be better taken care of! So disappointing.

Free arcade games, wood-fired pizzas at Dazza's, two lagoon pools, and a shuttle to Hastings Street. RACV Noosa is the kind of family resort where parents actually relax. Rooms are spacious and quiet; RACV members get solid package discounts worth factoring into the price.

Tewantin QLD
A well-kept holiday park in Tewantin with a loyal following, a Thursday pizza van at the gate, and a staff member named Rob who can reverse your caravan into a tight spot first try. Pet-friendly, pool-equipped, and genuinely close to Noosa without the Noosa prices.

Our room was lovely, well furnished and clean- no complaints there!! On the down side you can hear upstairs eg footsteps and… what not, which can be annoying… if you’re a light sleeper I suggest ear plugs as you can hear outside rather clearly too (we had a pool facing room). Lovely hotel only a few minutes walk from Noosa junction. Also about 5/10 mins walk from Noosa heads. Lovely pool, it’s a reasonable size. Theres also a smaller one around the back. Great coffee from the cafe! Receptionist was very lovely and helpful offering us a map and advice on where to visit and what each area provides. Bus stop is right outside the hotel. Would be a 5 apart from the noise 👍🏻
Overall a comfortable stay in a very convenient location, though a few basic items were missing. The garden view room was spacious and generally well equipped, however there were some noticeable omissions: no in-room safe, no tissues, no “do not disturb” door sign, no chopping board, and the couch & outside day bed had visible stains, which detracted a bit from the overall presentation. I get that the couch may be harder to clean, but outside is a sheet - why would you place a stained sheet on the day bed? That said, the apartment had almost everything else you’d need for a short or longer stay. The kitchen was well set up with two stovetops, microwave, kettle, toaster, utensils, plates, pots, glasses and a dishwasher. There was also a washing machine, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, fridge, iron, beach umbrella and regular umbrella provided. The resort facilities were a highlight, with a well-equipped gym open from 7am-9pm and a nice pool area & also a private bbq behind the room. Location is excellent. There’s a bus stop directly out the front, but it’s also an easy walk to Hastings Street or Noosa Junction (around 10–13 minutes), which made getting around very easy. With a few improvements to room amenities and maintenance, this would be a great stay thanks to its facilities and location.
I was charged a $200 discretionary amounts on my credit card under a vague policy with no defined standards or fee schedule. The photos provided showed a typical post-stay condition (unmade beds, used towels, minor items left, lightly used kitchen) with no damage or significant mess. While the property’s terms mention that additional cleaning charges “may apply,” there is no clear definition of: - what qualifies as “extra cleaning” - what checkout condition is expected from guests - or what level of fee may be charged This effectively allows the property to apply discretionary charges to guests’ cards without clear or objective standards. I requested a breakdown of the charge and the policy basis for the amount applied, however this was not provided. The matter was ultimately resolved through my card provider. I would strongly recommend guests exercise caution with pre-authorised card arrangements.

Above Hastings Street with bush views and a buggy to the strip, Peppers Noosa earns its keep through spacious multi-level villas and a restaurant team that remembers your name and your dietary requirements. The pool is quiet. The spa is worth it.
