I had an amazing experience at Recovery and Massage centre. From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly professional. The massage was exactly what my body needed—targeted, relaxing, and really effective. I left feeling lighter, looser, and way less tense than when I arrived. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking to recover properly and take care of their body.

My review is only on the basis of my actual treatment itself and honestly the only fault I’ve got is that it had to end. I had Jordan as my therapist and he was 10/10. Friendly, accomodating, clearly knew what he was doing/talking about. I love a firm massage and he did exactly that but somehow still got me completely relaxed. Do yourself a favour and book in with him - remedial massage, cupping and dry needles. He was amazing!!

Came in sore, stiff, and with poor energy. Left feeling recovered, more free, and fresh. An excellent massage with Yudi followed by some contrast in the mineral pools. Front reception staff Tahlia was also friendly and extremely welcoming. Would highly recommend
