Two op shops, a bathhouse, and more parking than you'll ever need. Pacific Square on the Gold Coast Highway in Mermaid Beach is the kind of strip mall that rewards a specific errand. Lifeline and the Salvos are the main draw, both well-stocked and staffed by people who seem genuinely pleased to be there. Regulars mention the thrill of not knowing what you'll find, which is either the appeal or the problem depending on your disposition. Soak Bathhouse sits alongside first aid training, Cash Converters, and a recently added yoga studio, making this a place people come to for one thing and leave having noticed three others. The carpark is generous and well-signed. Not a destination, but a reliable one.
Pacific Fair on the Gold Coast is hands down one of the best shopping centres I've visited. The mix of stores is fantastic, with everything from major department stores and high-street favourites to luxury brands and unique boutiques. There's truly something for every budget and taste. The food court is a standout, offering a huge variety of cuisines, fresh options, and plenty of seating in a bright, modern space. The outdoor areas and landscaping give it a relaxed, tropical feel that suits the Gold Coast perfectly. Easy parking, great atmosphere, and well worth the visit. Highly recommend!
Great shopping square with heaps of off-street parking. Not as easy to see with roadworks during August 2023, but still there. I went here to go to Cash Converters but decided to photograph other shops/businesses if anyone is looking for alternate to Cashies.
Great shopping arena...Sizeable car park, 2 op shops that are fantastic..Lifeline & Salvos 👍 Plenty of awesome bargains to be had here! The Staff are super friendly & it's a fun environment, total mystery box every time with new items 👏 And if you're having a tidy up at home you can donate yr goodies. There's a Bath House, which I look forward to visiting one day soon 😃

Miami
A compact open-air centre anchored by Coles, with a sushi train that locals rate and the usual neighbourhood essentials: Liquorland, Chempro, Australia Post. Not a destination shop, but a genuinely useful local strip with a more human scale than the big malls up the highway.

Broadbeach Waters QLD
Free parking for up to eight hours, a strong mix of local and international retailers, and The Patio's outdoor lounge beds make Pacific Fair more than a quick errand stop. Close to Broadbeach, and busy enough on weekends that a Tuesday visit is worth considering.

If you aren't looking for any if these businesses, you would have no reason to come here, but should you need to, there should be plenty of parking. Signage is clear and parking spaces a decent size. I come here for Soak Bathhouse, secondhand shops and first aid training, but there are other businesses as well
Great strip mall, with lots of op shops with very friendly staff and lots of great items for cheap, also great department and technology stores offering a wide variety of services. Plenty of parking available with a new yoga studio added recently.
Robina
A suburban precinct that earns its keep with a quality butcher, solid food outlets, and every health service you'd need in one spot. Easy parking, a relaxed layout with plenty of greenery, and a food court worth a stop.
