The sushi train is the detail locals mention first, tucked into a small open-air centre that punches above its weight for a neighbourhood strip. Miami One runs on the basics done well: Coles for the weekly shop, Liquorland next door, Chempro Chemist, Australia Post, and a handful of food spots that make it worth a detour rather than just a chore. The outdoor corridor layout keeps it from feeling like a mall, which is the point. Parking is manageable, though the light rail roadworks on Gold Coast Highway add some friction getting in and out. Security has been a talking point among regulars lately, so lock your bike. For residents between Miami and North Burleigh, this is the local centre that covers the essentials without requiring a trip to Pacific Fair.
Cute little centre that has a lot going on. There's a great Sushi train a supermarket a liquor shop a chemist and some other little food shops around it. The parking is ok and often had a few spots available. The traffic is a bit heckers atm with the light rail so a few streets are blocked off but plenty of ways to still navigate.
Absolutely unacceptable security standards at this centre. On Friday night my bike was stolen directly out the front of Coles, under CCTV. There was not a single security guard in sight, or one to be found. No one knew where he was. I have been coming here for years and have clearly noticed a decline in night-time security since the change in security providers. The visible presence that once acted as a deterrent is simply no longer there. If theft can occur directly under cameras with no response, what is the point of having CCTV? Customers should not have to worry about their property being stolen while shopping. This centre needs to urgently review its security arrangements before more incidents occur.

Terranora
Perched above the Tweed Valley with views that surprise, Terranora Village delivers the full neighbourhood sweep: a solid pub with proper meals, IGA, sushi, bakery, chemist, and easy parking. The tavern is the anchor. Locals know it; most visitors don't.

Robina
A suburban precinct that earns its keep with a quality butcher, solid food outlets, and every health service you'd need in one spot. Easy parking, a relaxed layout with plenty of greenery, and a food court worth a stop.

A small shopping centre for the residents in Miami and North Burleigh. There is Coles, Liquorland, Chempro Chemist and, Post office, and some restaurants; all the corridors are outdoor like an outlet.
Newish shopping centre located at the northern end of Burleigh beach. The anchor tenant is Coles, with a number of smaller establishments surrounding it. Easy to access via the Gold Coast Highway although the roadworks make it a bit tricky at present. Handy for shopping or grabbing a pizza if you’re staying nearby.
Lovely shopping centre and this word tells everything. Not a huge place but rather lovely and feel more human.
Burleigh Heads
BIG W, JB Hi-Fi, Woolworths, Aldi, a fresh food market, and a car park that never seems to fill. Stockland Burleigh is a reliable errand-running centre with budget-friendly food options and a reputation for being clean, well-managed, and genuinely easy to navigate.
