Three tiers of cliff jump and a trampoline floor that connects more than 50 individual trampolines: BOUNCE Burleigh Waters is built for the kind of energy that can't be contained indoors but somehow is. The X-Park ninja obstacle course draws the competitive crowd; the Flight Academy on Tuesday evenings attracts anyone who wants to actually learn how to flip properly, with instructors reviewers consistently single out as patient and skilled. Birthday parties run well here, with hosts who reportedly win over even the shy kids. A café and seating areas give parents somewhere to decompress. Worth noting: cleanliness has drawn criticism in recent reviews, enough that it's worth calling ahead or visiting on a quieter weekday rather than peak holiday periods.
Our first time at Bounce today and we loved it! Staff is very friendly, and Ana is so good with the kids. She told us the best areas for small kids, and my 2yo had so much fun!!! We'll definitely be back!!!
I recently had my son’s birthday party here and it was absolutely amazing. The venue itself is incredible!! A huge thank you to our host Shannan, who truly exceeded all expectations. His level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to manage a group of excited kids was impressive. Shannan showed genuine care in making sure every child felt included and that the party ran perfectly from start to finish. He is a real asset to the team and represents the business exceptionally well. Highly recommend this venue for birthday parties
It used to be a great place to visit a year ago. Now the toilets aren’t cleaned and have farm smell all the time, water fountains have no chilled water, the soap is never being filled back. Most importantly, it’s an exercising environment for everyone and they turn off the aircon. It feels like a furnace in there. And they have also remove the connections from the fans. It used to be a good place but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone now. Photos of the fan attached with 35 degrees inside and neither the fan nor the aircon working.

Miami
A rocky headland between two beaches with unobstructed views north to the Gold Coast skyline and south along the sand. The walk up is short and steep. Sunset is the reason to come. The beach at the base is reason enough to stay.

Burleigh Heads
Named after the naturalist who first bred platypus in captivity, this compact Burleigh Heads wildlife park punches above its size. Naturalistic habitats, knowledgeable staff who actually stop to talk, and a bird show worth timing your visit around.

The beach is forty minutes away and packed with families. Up here, it's cold water, green canopy, and a creek doing its thing. From the tannin-dark pools of Currumbin Valley to the calm waters below Burleigh's headland, these are the Gold Coast Hinterland swimming holes worth the drive, and the ones to skip when the water runs brown.
The Gold Coast doesn't have to be expensive. From free swimming holes in Currumbin Valley to pub lunches that won't embarrass you, the southern stretch of the coast is one of Queensland's better-value destinations when you know where to go. Here's how to spend under $100 a day and not feel like you're missing anything.
The hinterland is not just a couples escape. Wildlife encounters, rock pool swimming, trampoline parks, and family-friendly dining make it one of the Gold Coast's best days out for kids of any age. Here is how to plan it properly, in the right order, without spending the day in the car.
Christmas in the Gold Coast Hinterland means cicadas instead of carols, a cold swim before lunch, and a summer heat that demands a plan. From Currumbin Rock Pools to alfresco dinners on the creek, here is how to spend the festive season in the subtropics. Book accommodation now. It fills faster than you think.
Hey, I just wanted to say how great my experience was thanks to Jed. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make everything smooth and easy. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely dedicated to great service—really appreciate it! I just wanted to give a shoutout to Levi for such an awesome experience. He was super approachable, professional, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. You can really tell he cares about doing a great job—big thanks to him! I recently visited Bounce and had a fantastic experience, thanks to Aiden. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, welcoming, and full of energy, which really set the tone for the visit. Overall amazing experience at Bounce GC
I've been hosting parties for a long time, so this year, leaving it to someone else, AKA Will, was amazing. Kids listened to him, he was super helpful in the party room and his communication skills were excellent. A great attitude and smiling the whole time. The only thing is we told our guests enclosed shoes but half the party wore crocs (which are enclosed), so Will had to sort other activities. Maybe specify enclosed shoes (no crocs) in the 'get ready for your party' sheet. A great venue, some of our guests had never been and will be hooked now. Thanks Will and thanks Bounce Burleigh.
Queensland
Old-growth rainforest, 160 kilometres of trails, and Regent bowerbirds that show up at 6.45am like clockwork. The treetop walk pushes 30 metres above the canopy. Albert's lyrebirds haunt the Border Track entrance most mornings. Two hours from Brisbane, and worth every minute of the drive.
