The farm is the point. Three Blue Ducks runs its Byron outpost from a working property on Ewingsdale Road, which means the kitchen has a shorter line between paddock and plate than almost anywhere else in the region. Expect a menu that shifts with the seasons, built around produce grown or sourced close by. The vibe is relaxed without being lazy, the kind of place that draws locals on a Sunday as much as it draws visitors with a copy of Broadsheet. Pricing sits in the middle range, honest for what you're getting. The Ewingsdale location puts you a few minutes out of town, which keeps the crowd self-selecting. Worth the short drive, particularly for a long breakfast or an unhurried lunch when the garden is doing its thing.

What People Say
What a beautiful experience at Three Blue Ducks at The Farm. Even on a slightly rainy day, the setting was just lovely — lush kitchen gardens, rustic buildings, live music drifting through the air — it all makes you slow down and enjoy where you are. The staff were warm and attentive without being over the top, which added to the relaxed Byron feel. We absolutely ordered too much food (zero regrets). We started with the beef tartare and houmous — both fresh, generous and full of flavour. For mains we shared the brisket and charcoal chicken with skin-on chips and salad. Everything was delicious, but the charcoal chicken was the standout for me. It looked rich and heavy, but the flavour was surprisingly light, balanced and beautifully cooked — not what I expected, in the best possible way. A gorgeous long lunch in a stunning setting. We’ll definitely be back.
We visited Three Little Bucks Farm during our Gold Coast trip with friends, and we absolutely loved it! The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The ambience and atmosphere were so calm, peaceful, and enjoyable — perfect for a relaxing outing. The service was friendly and welcoming as well. We had a wonderful time and would definitely visit again. Highly recommended!
The food was absolutely delicious, with very little to fault — every dish was truly outstanding. We had the Moreton Bay bug, the eye fillet, and roasted pumpkin, and each one was exceptional. For dessert, we finished with a banana caramel white chocolate panna cotta with macadamia, and a mango sorbet with passionfruit and sea salt meringue — completely next level. The service was a little laid back but everyone was very friendly and polite
The set menu is definitely the best way to try, taste and experience all the flavours. We ordered extra oysters and scallops which were amazing too. With live band, fresh organic produce being cooked to perfection, and the side store selling a range of local sustainably sourced goods, it was an amazing day. The yummy gelato was the perfect way to finish the day!
I had a late lunch on Father's Day with my mum for her 93rd birthday. Food was great, except the sauce on my steak was cold, flavours well matched. Apart from this and wine by bottle, is actually a carafe of tap wine. Sorry, not classy. Very touristy, but that's what it is, in Byron. Very relaxed setting and staff made this review as they were eager to please and a great professional service 🙄. Went back for brunch on Monday, BLT and Portuguese tart were delicious with a good coffee! Thank you xx
