The aromatherapy massage that lifted a grieving traveller's spirits, the mother-daughter soak in the warm pools with a glass of bubbles on arrival, the French therapist whose technique reviewers still talk about. Aqua Day Spa, attached to a hotel on Hastings Street, runs on the kind of intuitive, unhurried touch that's hard to fake. The house-blended signature tea and plush robes signal the pace from the start. Steam room, warm pools, facials, body therapies. The facility is well-appointed and the atmosphere consistently calm. Reviews are warm across the board, with therapists Sarah and Belinda named specifically for their skill. One review flags a poor pregnancy massage experience and facility upkeep concerns, so it's worth calling ahead to confirm your therapist and treatment room. Book in advance.
No praise is too high for my masseuse, Sarah (apologies if that isn't how she spells her name). I walked in heavy with sadness, fatigue and grief and left floating on air, thanks to the magical, sensitive, intuitive touch and deep relaxation my 75-minute aromatherapy massage by Sarah gave me. She is strong and applies just the right muscular pressure, but also has a gentle, caring nature. I felt warm, cocooned, cared for and treated with kindness in both mind and body. What a thoughtful and skilful person she is - very, very highly recommended. If I didn't live in the UK I would be booking her every week! She is a wonder. Thank you, Sarah, for doing what I thought impossible - lifting my spirits, calming my mind and giving me peace.
The entire spa needs a huge renovation and new management, multiple things I could list and have discussed privately with the spa but the worst was the mould and dust above my bed in the AC unit, no pillowcases on the pillows and the lack of service and skill during a pregnancy massage was extremely unprofessional, unhygienic and showed a lack of care and training. The hotel is amazing but the spa was a massive disappointment and let down. The worst luxury spa I have experienced both internationally and within Australia.

Noosaville QLD
Maria at ISSEY has built her Noosa clientele on one principle: she'll tell you what you actually need. Natural lip filler, anti-wrinkle work, and collagen treatments in a clinic where appointments don't feel rushed and the advice is genuinely honest.

Noosa Heads QLD
DMK Enzyme Therapy and customised facials in a calm, purpose-built space on Sunshine Beach Road. Therapist Shannen gets consistent praise for her knowledge. Not cheap, but the reviews back it up. Book well ahead.

Peregian Beach
Noosa's wellness scene has quietly grown into something worth planning a trip around. Float tanks, Balinese treatment villas, cold plunge circuits, and day spas good enough to book by therapist name. Here are the best options, organised by what you actually want to get out of a day.
Three days is the right amount of time in Noosa. Enough to hike to Alexandria Bay at sunrise, eat pork belly at Bistro C, find the quieter stretch of Sunshine Beach, and still have an evening at Aqua Day Spa. This itinerary moves through Noosa Heads, Noosaville, and Sunshine Beach with specific times, specific plates, and no filler.
I had an absolutely amazing experience at Aqua Day Spa. After an initial mix-up with my booking, Tara was incredibly kind and helpful in reprogramming my appointment, which I truly appreciated. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, welcoming and professional. My massage therapist (a lovely French girl) was exceptional — easily one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I left feeling refreshed, grounded and so well looked after. Thank you to the whole team for such a beautiful experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly special spa experience.
A perfect mother and daughter day at the spa — from the moment we arrived we were welcomed with a glass of bubbles, enjoyed a beautiful soak in the warm pools, and then both had the most incredible massages that left us completely relaxed. Every staff member was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the experience feel extra special. We left feeling deeply relaxed and honestly drifting on a cloud such a special day we’ll treasure and can’t wait to do again.
My visit was wonderful from start to finish. The spa has a clean, calming, and very relaxing atmosphere. Every staff member I met was warm and welcoming. They provide all the essentials, and the facility itself is beautiful. Belinda gave an outstanding massage—one of the best I’ve had. I’d absolutely recommend this place and will definitely return.
A small, owner-operated day spa in Peregian Beach where the Skin Glow facial and laser treatments draw regulars back from across the Tasman. Lauren's massages are mentioned by name in review after review. The intimate scale is the point.
