The carnivore pizza and a cold beer while the game's on: that's the Villa Noosa pitch, and it delivers. This Noosaville local is the kind of pub that doesn't try too hard. The bistro has had a recent refurb and the kitchen turns out solid pub fare, the 250g rump cooked to order, generous onion ring toppers, kids' burgers that actually satisfy fussy eaters. The French martini, served with foam art, is worth ordering. Staff are the real draw here. Tara, Stuart, and Harry come up repeatedly in reviews for making regulars feel like regulars. Food can be hit or miss depending on the night, but the consistency of the welcome makes up for it. Skip the QR code ordering at the table and order at the bar to avoid the $4 processing fee.
The hotel rooms were nice, we were missing a bed, but were okay with working around that issue. The hotel itself is nice, has a lovely atmosphere, the staff in the hotel reception were helpful and friendly. My family and I were staying for just one night and we had booked for a reservation on the Deck of the Pub next door for 6:30pm on Friday. My mother had specifically stated on our booking that we needed alternative meals, vegan, vegetarian, dairy free, gluten free, all of that stuff. We arrived, and what do you know? Absolutely no alternatives for my family whatsoever. We order what we can, drinks and what food is needed. We’re then waiting for over an hour for our drinks. My sister goes in to ask about vegan options and she is given a binder with ingredient options, which would’ve been nice if they didn’t try to charge her close to $30 for four vegetables and a shit pasta. She ended up going to Woolworths and buying her own dinner from there, which came up to $15, HALF the price of which they wanted to charge. My other older sister had gone in to order her food at the bar, waited to be served for close to 20 minutes, then she was served by a guy who didn’t know what he was doing obviously. She got her drinks before my mother and myself who ordered half an hour before. When I had gone in to see why, turns out that our orders didn’t go through the system. They had taken our money and didn’t even receive the order. Thankfully, the guy at the bar at the time had obvious experience, got my drinks fast, and that problem was handled. We waited for over an hour for our food and didn’t end up leaving until close to 9pm. The food wasn’t even worth the wait. The men serving us were horrible. We all work in customer service by the way, we all know what it looks like to swear at customers without swearing at customers. If you don’t like your job then quit, no one wants a sour person serving them where they’re supposed to be eating anyways. Maybe instead of rolling your eyes at us, actually trying to help works too! Really disappointing, most likely won’t book with these people again. Taste: 1/10 Stay: 7/10 Service: 1/10

Noosa Heads QLD
An organic cafe in Noosa Junction with a genuine commitment to seasonal, wholesome food. The acai bowl is generous and unsweetened, the gluten-free waffle is a rare find, and the open, boho fit-out makes it easy to stay longer than planned.

Doonan
A servo stop on the Eumundi-Noosa Road with enough pumps to keep queues short and a Pie Face counter for a quick hot bite. Useful when you need fuel and something to eat between the hinterland and the highway. Treat it as convenience, not a destination.

Hastings Street gets the tourists, but Noosaville is where locals actually eat. Free parking, a calmer river strip along Gympie Terrace, and a dining scene that runs from serious coffee at Clandestino to riverside lunches at Depot Noosa. Less booking stress, more room to breathe. Here is where to eat.
Not every Noosa restaurant with 'ocean view' in its marketing actually faces the ocean. Some look at the river. Some face a carpark with ambition. This guide is honest about which venues deliver the real thing, what to order when you get there, and which ones require a booking versus which ones you can walk into on a Tuesday in autumn.
Had lunch at Villa Noosa. Very nicely refurbished eating areas. We had the puttanesca and added prawns as well as the octopus salad, hubby added haloumi. Both dishes had great flavour and a cold beer went down well. Great spot for a meal and a cold drink. We will be back.
The motel rooms are very old school, but adequate. Not a huge number of power points for charging your devices, but we managed. The price is right, especially in Noosa which is generally very expensive if you go for a resort, this is much more reasonable, and good value for the money. There is a charger for your EV just across the car park.
