(636 reviews)
The Wild Moon package, dry body brushing through to a guided meditation and elemental facial, tells you everything about what Earth + Skin is doing differently in Mudgeeraba. This is an organic, eco-conscious day spa with serious treatment depth, not a blow-dry bar with a candle. Reviewers name their therapists, Anna for the vegan collagen facial with Gua Sha, Mya for the bio marine facial, Bec for the fusion package, which signals the kind of consistent, personal care that builds a 4.9 across nearly 600 reviews. The setting is a heritage village shopfront, calm and unhurried. Products are organic and skin-reactive guests note zero reactions. Book ahead. This one fills on gifted vouchers alone.
I absolutely love going to Earth and Skin for massages. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is so calm and welcoming, and the décor makes the whole space feel beautiful and relaxing. It feels like a little escape from the outside world. The staff are always friendly and professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about making sure you have the best experience. Every visit leaves me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed - it’s something I always look forward to. I’ve been here multiple times now and the experience is consistently amazing. Earth and Skin is my go-to place for massages, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly relaxing experience.
My absolute go to for all treatment treats for myself - especially sugaring! Being over 40, keeping on top of my facial hair is an absolute must! 😱🤦🏼♀️ Sugaring as opposed to waxing is so much more gentle on my very gentle skin - no more post-treatment red & irritated skin for days afterwards! All of the women are welcoming, professional & truly zen 🧘 😌 I always feel calmer the moment I walk in as the whole aesthetic of E+S is just what every busy person needs to help unwind & focus on themselves for a moment or 2! I won’t go anywhere else for my sugaring treatments & always hint to my loved ones for E+S vouchers for my favourite present to myself! 🥰🥰

Tallebudgera Valley
The seven-night Detox programme has repeat guests returning years apart. Organic meals, Ayurvedic rituals, and structured wellness programming in Tallebudgera Valley. This is whole-health immersion, not a day spa. The reviews are consistent: a week here changes something.

Neranwood
A hinterland spa retreat high above the Gold Coast, where Gerda's team runs full-day packages around a heated infinity pool with serious valley views. The massage is the centrepiece. The mountain air does the rest.

Twenty minutes inland from the Gold Coast, the ambient noise drops away and the mornings smell like damp soil and eucalyptus. The hinterland is one of the better places in southeast Queensland to actually practice yoga, not just attend it. Here is where to go, what to book in advance, and how to build a wellness day that holds together.
The humidity breaks in late March and the Gold Coast hinterland becomes a different place entirely. Cooler air, lush post-summer green, and trails that are actually enjoyable. This is the season for longer walks, outdoor lunches that last into the afternoon, and harvest-fresh produce at the farm gate. Here is how to make the most of it, and why you need to book early if Easter is on your radar.
The hinterland is quieter than the coast. For solo travellers, that is the whole point. From organic day spas in Mudgeeraba to valley cafés where the tortoises are more interesting than the other diners, here is how to do the Gold Coast Hinterland alone, and do it well.
Your outdoor plans got rained out. In the Gold Coast Hinterland, that is not a problem. Waterfalls swell, mist rolls through the canopy, and the roads empty. Here is a flexible menu of what to do instead: day spas, salt caves, wildlife parks, valley cafés, and the pubs that earn their wet-weather crowds.
A beautiful organic spa, so tranquil and local too. My facial was amazing and super relaxing. The staff are attentive and flexible to your needs and they don’t do a hard sell on products.
I arrived feeling frustrated and annoyed. The lovely team were quick to empathise! My hot stone massage was sublime and I floated downstairs on a cloud of pure relaxation. I'll be back to experience what I'm sure will be amazing treatments - I can't wait! If you're looking for a relaxing and beneficial experience you must put Earth and Sky on your list...I'll see you there!!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the most beautiful pregnancy massage at Earth & Skin Day Spa. Bec was such a friendly, professional and knowledgeable therapist, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. I accidentally booked the wrong treatment initially, however Bec quickly adjusted my booking to exactly what I needed, making the whole process seamless and stress-free. Such a relaxing and lovely experience. I’ll definitely be back!
Robina
Floatation therapy, infrared sauna, and massage under one roof in Robina Town Centre. Reviewers keep naming the same therapists session after session, which says everything. The couples float-and-massage combo is the entry point worth booking.
Twenty minutes from the coast, Currumbin Valley runs dark and quiet along a rainforest-fringed creek that most Gold Coast visitors never find. Rock pools, a café with tortoises in the creek out back, wildlife encounters, and enough walking to justify a long lunch on the way home. Here is how to spend a half-day or full day in one of the Hinterland's most rewarding pockets.
