There's a dog in a purple Rod Stewart wig outside one of the cafes, and honestly that tells you most of what you need to know about the vibe at Pavilions Palm Beach. This is a compact neighbourhood centre doing the practical work of a community hub: Coles, Liquorland, a chemist, a dentist, a barber, a newsagent, a meat specialist, sushi, coffee. The restaurants sit along the exterior, which gives the whole place a more open, street-facing feel than your average suburban mall. Underground parking makes the weekly shop considerably less painful. It won't eat your afternoon, but it will reliably sort out most of what you need without driving into town. Go on a weekday morning when the coffee queue is short.
The shopping centre is quite small but versatile with different types of shops. There are restaurants on the exterior of the mall, and Coles, Liquorland, phone accessories, chemist, and dentist inside.
Came here with my friend and saw a dog wearing a purple Rod Stewart-esque wig outside at a cafe. We were in tears laughing and then still laughing in the lift down to the carpark. Two elderly gentlemen were in there so I was like “sorry guys, there was a dog wearing a wig.” “That’s okay, the dog probably likes it!” He responded. After the doors opened the man bolted out of there. I love this place, 5 stars

Palm Beach
Palm Beach's local anchor, built around Woolworths, Bakers Delight, a GP, and Chempro Chemist. Clean, easy to park, and genuinely quiet. It handles the weekly shop without fuss, which is exactly the point.

Tugun
A cluster of boutiques, yoga studios, and good coffee gathered around an enclosed grass picnic area in Tugun. Dog-friendly, family-friendly, and popular enough that the Pilates classes book out well in advance. The monthly Twilight Night is worth timing your visit around.

Miami
Great little shopping centre, with Coles and variety of support stores , like coffee outlets, sushi. Newsagent, meat specialists ,barber, and good parking below
good coles , underground parking .
A compact open-air centre anchored by Coles, with a sushi train that locals rate and the usual neighbourhood essentials: Liquorland, Chempro, Australia Post. Not a destination shop, but a genuinely useful local strip with a more human scale than the big malls up the highway.
